Metallic Heat Transfer Vinyl
Metallic heat transfer vinyl heat transfer vinyl has been the classic heat transfer vinyl in both DIY projects, custom T-shirts & bulk production. New techs like digitizing printer, laser machines and new stretch metallic foil bring more possibilities on this classic fashion.
40+ colors including metallic, hologram effects;
Compliant with CA56, CPSIA, Oeko-textile standards.
Stretch metallic foil heat transfer vinyl is available now, more colors will be updated.
How to use:
1. Design an image you want by using computer design software.
2. Using a plotter machine ,cut in mirror image.
3. Weed the useless film around the image.
4. place the front image in the place where you want to transfer on the garment
5. Set a heat press machine from 150degC(302degF)to 160degC(320degF)
6. Press it only for 8-10 seconds at medium pressure.
7. When it is cool,remove the polyester backing film.
Remark:we recommend you to perform a test prior to standard production.
Heat Transfer Process:
It is better to put the teflon cloth on the fabric when pressing.
