How to use water stickers
1. Clean the surface of the object to be re-attached so that there is no oil, dust and other sundry on the surface.
2. Soak the water sticker in water for 10-30 seconds, so that the whole pattern membrane can slide freely on the paper;
3. Position the water rotating film in the required position to meet the product's surface decoration requirements, and then slowly pull out the backing paper;
4. Clean the water stored in the film with soft rags and special scraping adhesive for water sticking, so as to prevent the generation of bubbles caused by unpurified water after re-sticking;
5. After the workpiece has been stationary for 4 hours after the above process, tear off a layer of film on the surface;
6. Bake for 30-40 minutes in an oven with a temperature of 60-80 ° c (depending on the temperature and time of baking with different materials).
Production process of water sticker:
1. Provide samples: the customer shall provide clear and complete sample pictures or samples;
2. Design drawing: our company has professional follow up (design)
3. Confirm the order: the customer confirms the order and the final design draft according to the design draft;
4. Pay the deposit: after confirming the order and the final design draft, the customer shall pay the deposit at 30% of the full amount;(special case shall be paid according to actual negotiation)
5. Plate making and printing: start production after the deposit is confirmed in the account (3-5 days, depending on the order process and quantity;The delivery date shall be determined according to the actual results);
